JBL C38MXR . This product is the premium tier of the JBL Cinema line. It offers a 3-way design, with dimensions of 30 x 30 x 8 inches. It comes with two 8″ woofers and one 1″ dome tweeter. The woofers are made using an aluminum cone, while the tweeter is made of silk dome. All components are molded in black plastic. It also comes with a pair of optional wall-mounts. It uses a single 4-ohm line-level input.
JBL C38X . This product is the regular tier of the JBL Cinema line. It is similar to the C38MXR, but it does not have wall mounts, and instead uses a screwdriver for installation. It offers a 3-way design, with dimensions of 30 x 30 x 8 inches. It comes with two 8″ woofers and one 1″ dome tweeter. The woofers are made using nylon cone, while the tweeter is made of silk dome..
